Currently, the team is struggling on where they would like to race this first weekend of June. So, the team is leaving it up to you, our fans, to decide. The team has to choose between racing Friday evening at Path Valley Speedway Park, or racing at Susquehanna Speedway Park on Saturday evening. At SSP, Shawn is already qualified to race the 12x car in the makeup feature that was rained out back in April. Plus, he then can run his famous 12a for a regular evening of events. Xzander can run his 12x at Path Valley Friday evening, but would have to sit out for the makeup feature, and then can run the rest of the evenings events at SSP.

Well, I am sure you can see where the team is not sure what exactly they want to do. There are pros and cons to each evenings racing. That is why they are looking for your help. So, to help the team out, here’s what you need to do. At the top of our home page, click on the “Contact Us” link. This will take you to a page to e-mail the team your thoughts. We will try and have a final decision made and posted by Thursday evening.

What an evening. When the team arrived at the track, it was looking pretty promising, until they decided to add another load of water on the track. The track was very rough the rest of the evening.
Shawn did a bad job in his heat race. He started on the pole and finished seventh. Shawn tried to run high, run low, but there was no track good anywhere. Xzander finished 11th in his heat race.
In the 20 Lap feature, Shawn started 13th and Xzander started 18th.
Shawn finished 12th and Xzander finished 15th. We feel Shawn actually finished 10 because he passed three cars, but hey, we won’t argue. The team was glad to get out of there with both cars still in one piece!

On Saturday evening, there were again, thirty-six INEX Legends cars on hand. Shawn was driving the 12a, while Matt Miller stood in for Xzander Edwards in the 12x.
Shawn started sixth in the first heat. He finished sixth and had to transfer into the first Consi. Matt started ninth in the third heat and finished 11th or 12th and transfered into the second consi.
In the first Consi Shawn started third and finished a close second. Matt started eighth in the second Consi and finished 8th or 9th. Shawn qualified for the feature starting 19th.
Feature time found Shawn drive all the way up to a 12th place finishing spot in the 12a. Matt failed to qualify the 12x.

On Friday, May 30, both Shawn and Xzander will be back in the 12a and 12x cars at Path Valley Speedway Park. Racing starts at 7:00 PM. See you all soon at the track, and thanks for visiting our site!

Last evening there were 36 INEX Legends cars at Big Diamond. That meant every driver needed to be on their game to make the feature. Shawn was in the second of three heat races. They were taking six cars from each heat, with the top four from each heat redrawing for starting position. Shawn finished second in his heat and pulled to start sixth in the feature. Feature finish, Shawn was 12th, after almost crashing into turn four.
Xzander had a pretty rough heat race. He started 12th in his heat and finished tenth. That meant he went into the Consi. He started third in the Consi and finished tenth. The team is very proud of him! The track was his biggest and fastest track he ran on so far this year. Way to go Xzander!
Tonight you will find the team at Lincoln Speedway. Shawn will once again be in the 12a, and Matt Miller will be making his racing debut in the 12x. The team is excited to have Matt with us tonight, and wish him the best of luck! The crew tonight will have a few “Special” guests as well. Sapphire will be in the pits as well as a few other people. Xzander and Lewis will be with the team as well helping out. Tonight, gates open at five with warm ups at six. See you at the track!

The team will be traveling to Big Diamond Speedway on Friday, May 23, 2008. Both Shawn and Xzander will be racing their 12a and 12x cars.
Saturday the team will be traveling to Lincoln Speedway. The evening will find Shawn in the 12a, and Matt Miller will be standing in for Xzander in the 12x. This is due to Xzander not being of age to be able to participate.
The team is VERY HAPPY to announce that after a very, very tough week mentally and emotionally, they are ready to go racing! Shawn would like to apologize for jumping the gun and putting half the team up for sale. It is now NO LONGER for sale. Shawn and Xzander are both very happy and content going back to a Father/Son team.
I, as web master for this site, am very happy for the both of them. I must admit I was really confused this week as well, LOL!

On Saturday, May 17th, we were able to get two heat races completed before the rains came. We are not sure where Shawn finished in his heat because we were trying to get back to the race car trailer before we were soaked. I do know the last two laps of the second heat were ran in the rain.
We are under the impression that the evening will be rescheduled for Saturday, May 31. No plans by the team have been made at this point in time to return or not.

This coming weekend, Fiday, May 23, the team will be at Big Diamond Speedway in Minersville, PA. Both the 12a and the 12x will be in competition. This is where to 2008 INEX Legends Car Dirt Nationals will be held in October, 2008.

On Saturday, May 24, the 12a and the team will be heading to the “Famous Pigeon Hills Oval”; Lincoln Speedway which is located in Hanover, PA. We are being told the team will have some visitors in the pits with them if the weather cooperates.
